Solve et Coagula’s objective, is the treatment of pre consume secondary material generated in the productive chain of the wool industry, thus eliminating the idea of final waste. The challenge is to homogenize such varied material (top, yarns, swatches…) in order to be able to consider it as a whole. The work is based in the intrinsic capacity wool has of being able to felt, with the purpose of obtaining a new material made entirely out of wool.

Solve et Coagula’s way of working makes a substantial contribution to the cooperative work of the various actors present throughout the wool chain. In this way, these actors have a common end, which is to provide added value to the woolen secondary material by reincorporating it to the productive chain. Said secondary material is processed in a mechanical way, with the possibility of being escalated, in order to create an innovative new textile material of excellent quality.
